Founder's Story

HER Growth Alliance was founded by Pam Ivey, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience. Pam’s passion for helping women succeed inspired her to create a platform that offers the resources, connections, and support necessary for women to excel. With a certification in business strategy from the Harvard School of Business and certified in small business management from Mohawk College, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the alliance.
