HER Growth Alliance is a community dedicated to empowering women in business and leadership through connection, collaboration, and growth. We provide resources, networking opportunities, and support to help women succeed.

The program is designed for women business owners and leaders who seek personal and professional growth, collaborative support, and a strong network of like-minded women.

Meetings are held monthly from September 2024 to June 2025. Each session lasts for 3 hours, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

In-Person: Meetings are held in person in the central Vancouver Island area (Nanaimo, BC).

Virtual: Meetings are held via Zoom.

Standard Membership: $3000 for the full program duration.

Early Bird Discount: $2500 if you register by August 31st, 2024.

Members receive personalized coaching, participate in interactive, hands-on workshops, and access a private online community for ongoing engagement and resources.

You can register by filling out the application form and interview process on our website. Once accepted completing the payment process will secure your spot.
